Residents wishing to modify their property must obtain prior written approval from the Architectural Committee. The Restrictions state, "No building ... fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained, nor shall any addition to or change or alteration to any structure be made except inerior alterations, until the plans and specifications ... shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by Franklin Woods Inc...."
